From the frozen tundra of Canada’s Northwest Territories, we proudly present The Ikuma™ Diamond Collection by Ben Bridge Jeweler.

Through a fascinating story of discovery, perseverance and environmental sensitivity, the Ikuma™ diamond is now available exclusively at Ben Bridge Jeweler.

Formed deep in the underground more than a billion years ago by the mysterious forces of nature, the Ikuma™ diamond was thrust closer to the earth’s surface by powerful volcanic eruptions. In 1991, after years of exploration, traces of these diamonds were discovered in the remote barren land of Canada’s Northwest Territories.

The Diavik mines were constructed some 400 miles north of Yellowknife with innovative cutting-edge engineering and environmentally sustainable mining practices in collaborative cooperation with native communities.

Following discovery and excavation, the diamonds are cut and polished in a state-of-the-art facility in Canada to the exacting standards of Ben Bridge.

The Ikuma™ Princess by Ben Bridge

Master artisans have created this unique 85 facet, princess cut diamond to maximize fire, scintillation and brilliance.

As light enters the diamond, the precisely positioned facets act as mirrors to reflect light in a spectacular blaze of color and beauty.

All Ikuma™ diamonds one-third carat and larger are independently graded by the American Gem Society and laser inscribed on the girdle edge with the individual laboratory report number for your assurance of quality and verification of origin.

Experience the brilliant fire from the north – The Ikuma™ Diamond by Ben Bridge.

The Ikuma™ Ideal by Ben Bridge

The pinnacle of The Ikuma™ Diamond Collection- The Ikuma™ Ideal Diamond is cut to exacting proportions based on the mathematical calculations of Marcel Tolkowsky in 1919.

This ideal cut was created with ideal polish, symmetry and proportions to produce maximum brilliance with a high degree of dispersion or “fire”, and is documented as such by the American Gem Society.
