Your shipment will be sent to you insured, signature required, using UPS or FedEx or through the US Post Office. Shipping rates for online purchase are listed below. Purchases made through our retail stores that need mailing may have higher shipping charges. All jewelry is shipped insured- signature required and usually is by air delivery although ground shipment may be used. In some cases we may require or suggest that your package be sent US Post Office, Registered Mail only. We will discuss this with you beforehand.

Ben Bridge Jeweler will only ship merchandise to United States addresses, or US Embassy / Military APO or FPO addresses.

We do not take or process phone or online orders where the billing and/or the shipping address are overseas (to any foreign country) unless to a US Military or US Embassy Installation with an APO or FPO address.

Bankcards used for online and phone orders must be issued by a US bank and your billing address for your order must match the billing address on record with your credit card company. Credit cards issued by non US banks can only be used in person for in-store purchases.

For your protection, orders over $500 are shipped to the billing address on your credit card. If you would like to have us consider making an exception to this policy due to your individual circumstances, you will need to contact your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address. Please then contact us by phone or e-mail and provide us with both your billing address and the alternate shipping address. We will need both for verification. Your credit card company can be contacted at the number on the back of your bankcard. In some cases we are not able to facilitate your request to use an alternate shipping address.

In stock items that need no modifications or ring sizing will be shipped usually within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order being placed. We will try and accommodate rush orders or overnight delivery requests within the United States. Notify us of your special requests in the comment section of your order form.

US Military APO / FPO shipment
Items sent to US Military / US Embassy APO or FPO addresses are sent through the US Postal system and delivery time to those addresses can be undeterminable. Packages to APO / FPO addresses go through the US Postal system to a transfer destination and are then routed into the military postal system. Due to this process, we are not able to provide or guarantee a delivery date. APO / FPO orders take longer for delivery. If you have received packages at your APO / FPO address in the past, you can expect your Ben Bridge package to take about the same amount of time for delivery, although this cannot be guaranteed. Your package will be sent in most cases US Priority Mail / Insured.

Street address shipments within the USA
Packages will in most cases be sent UPS or FedEx, usually with 2 day delivery. Please allow 3 days for processing of your order and to prepare your selection for shipment. (Add additional time if ring sizing or other modifications are needed).

P.O. Box shipments within the USA
Only orders to physical street addresses within the US can be shipped FedEx or UPS. Orders to P.O. Box addresses must be shipped through the US Post Office and may take additional time to arrive. Your package should arrive to you within 3-5 days of the shipping date when sent through the US Post Office to a US address (non Military). Please contact us if you need confirmation of the exact shipping date.

Sales Tax Rates
Sales tax is charged based on the state where we are sending your purchase. Ben Bridge Jeweler charges sales tax in states where we have physical store locations with the exception of Alaska and Oregon. This ensures our compliance with state regulations.

If we are shipping to a State where there is no Ben Bridge store, then no sales tax will be charged. Sales under $500.00 can be shipped to alternate addresses. An alternate address is considered an address other than the billing address for the credit card you will be using. Exceptions to shipping to the billing address can be discussed, but may not always be possible.
