If you need to return or exchange an item you purchased
online and you are in the area of one of our
Ben
Bridge stores merchandise may be returned or exchanged
in person. You may also mail online purchases back to Seattle
for refund or exchange.
You may return/exchange stock Ben Bridge merchandise in its original,
unused and unworn condition within 90 days of the purchase
date. Custom Orders or Special Orders and modified or altered
items cannot be returned. Watches that have been worn or
altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Please provide
a copy of your sales receipt or provide the name of the
purchaser.

Shipping
charges from the original purchase are not refundable.
Merchandise
returns or exchanges for online purchases are authorized
to be sent to the Seattle address listed above within 90
days of purchase as long as the item is in new unworn condition.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling
the return via the common carrier of your choice. Please
securely wrap the merchandise in a box and insure the package
for the full retail price of the item(s). Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
Ben
Bridge Jeweler assumes no liability for the loss of and
/ or damage to the merchandise while in transit to our return
location.
If
you prefer to return your merchandise to a Ben Bridge store
and it was an online purchase for over $995.00, the refund
paperwork will be handled through the corporate office which
can add a few days time to the processing of the refund.
Refund checks for purchases made on other than credit cards
will be mailed to you 2-3 weeks after we receive your return
(usually within 15 business days). Credit card purchases
will be refunded to the original bankcard. Bankcard purchases
under $995.00, being returned to one of our stores, will
be transacted immediately or by the following business day
at the store level. Bankcard purchases over $995.00 may
take an additional day or two to be transacted though our
Internet Department. Please provide the original sales receipt
whenever possible. Returns without the sales receipt may
be delayed to the next business day if the original purchase
details are not able to be confirmed when you are in the
store.
Return/Exchange policy for items purchased in Ben Bridge stores
You
may return / exchange stock Ben Bridge merchandise in its
original, unused and unworn condition within 90 days of
the purchase date to any Ben
Bridge store location. Custom Orders, Special Orders

Returns without the sales receipt may be delayed to the
next business day if the original purchase details are not
able to be confirmed when you are in the store.
When
the original payment was made in cash and the sale exceeds
$200.00, a refund check will be issued back to you from
the corporate office. There may be unusual circumstances
when no amount of cash is able to be refunded at the store
level. When the original payment was transacted with a debit
card or with cash, refund checks from the corporate office
can be expedited.
If
the original sale was paid with a check, a check will be
issued back to the purchaser from the corporate office and
can take up to 15 business days to be mailed from Seattle.
Credit
card returns will be processed back on the same bankcard.
