Shipping Details

  • Online orders less than $500 are sent NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED using the US Post Office Priority Mail, or UPS Ground (within Washington and Oregon).  

  • Online orders that are $500 or higher, are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED using UPS 2nd Day service, or UPS Ground (within Washington and Oregon).

  • Orders take 2-4 business days to be processed. 

    • Note: Orders requiring customization (such as ring sizing) will require additional processing time.

    • Special Order timeframe is mentioned on the product description.

  • Shipping time is between 2-4 business days.

  • A tracking number will be sent via e-mail when the order has been shipped.

  • We can accommodate most rush orders or expedited delivery requests within the United States. Please notify us of your request by phone at 1-888-448-1912 or in the comment section of your order form.

  • Please note that purchases made through our retail stores will incur shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

To ensure you love your new pieces, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping and 90-day Returns on all items purchased from our online store.

Shipping Methods

  • Ben Bridge Jeweler will only ship to United States addresses, United States P.O. Box, US Embassy / Military APO or FPO addresses. We cannot ship international orders at this time.   

  • Street address shipments within the USA will be sent through the service of US Post Office Priority Mail, and UPS.

  • P.O. Box within the USA will be sent through the service of US Post Office Priority Mail.

  • Orders that are sent to US Military / US Embassy APO or FPO addresses will be sent through the United States Postal Service. 
  • The delivery time to those addresses is not able to be specifically determined as APO / FPO orders take longer for delivery.

Fraud Protection

  • Bankcards used for online and phone orders must be issued by a US bank and your billing address for your order must match the billing address on record with your credit card company.

  • Credit cards issued by non US banks can only be used in person for in-store purchases.

  • Orders over $500 are shipped to the billing address on your credit card.

    • To have orders over $500 considered to be shipped to an alternate address, contact Ben Bridge Customer Service at 1-888-448-1912.

Sales Tax

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Sales tax is determinate on the shipping address. Ben Bridge collects sales tax in states where we have stores with the exception of Alaska and Oregon. If your purchase is being shipped to one of the following states, sales tax will be charged: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington
