Because of Who…
In the era of technology and devices, people ask if watches are relevant anymore. At Ben Bridge, we believe fine timepieces have less to do with the necessity of timekeeping and more to do with art, craftsmanship and style. A fine timepiece evokes emotion and memory in a way a smartphone cannot.

A personal story from our Watch Buyer, Joe Perez…

Twelve years ago, I sold a Tag Heuer Link Caliber 16 automatic chronograph to my mother-in-law, Kitty, for my father-in-law, Jerry. Whenever he went on vacations or came up to see us he always had the well-cared-for watch on.

In 2010 Jerry was diagnosed with leukemia and after an 18 month battle, he succumbed to the disease. Shortly after, Kitty, lovingly passed his watch down to me. It was the first time that I truly realized how a piece of jewelry could have such a strong emotional effect.

His Tag Heuer Link is the most treasured in my watch collection because of who it represents.
