Work with a Personal Jeweler

Each of our personal jewelers is dedicated to giving you the best possible experience and to becoming your trusted partner in the jewelry business. We pride ourselves on having more Registered Jewelers and Certified Gemologists than any other jeweler in the country, which gives our team unparalleled knowledge and skills to help you find the perfect piece to celebrate your milestone moments.

Custom Jewelry Design

Our personal jewelers can help you with everything from creating an original piece from the ground up to resetting or restyling an heirloom to simply resizing or changing out things like bands or chains. You can work with the jewelers in our stores, customer service on BenBridge.com, or can attend one of our Design events dedicated to resetting your own diamonds into new settings.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection

Jewelry looks so much more sparkly when it's clean! That's why we offer complimentary cleaning and inspection in all of our stores. Just stop by and we'll happily clean your jewelry and watches and will take a look at everything under magnification to make sure all stones are in place, prongs are in good shape, etc. In addition to helping your pieces look their shiny best, regular cleaning and inspection is also the best possible protection against accidentally losing a stone. We're also always happy to help provide additional care and cleaning tips.

Repairs

Our jewelers will help your special pieces become as good as new with services that include ring sizing, chain shortening, clasp replacement, and more. We also employ over 40 watchmakers, many of whom have achieved the highest levels of training and certification in the industry and who receive ongoing training from the watch manufacturers themselves. Our watchmakers only use state‐of‐the‐art tools and offer overhauls, care and bracelet refinishing, and manufacturer‐suggested testing and repairs.

Diamond Trade‐Ins

We like to joke that if you water a diamond, they grow (we know, terrible jeweler's humor...). But in a way, it's true! You can trade in any diamond purchased at Ben Bridge, and will be credited your full purchase price towards any diamond that sells for at least twice your original purchase price.

Credit, Returns, and Exchanges

We want to do whatever we can to help you have a positive buying experience. Our 90‐day return policy gives you the opportunity to live with your purchase knowing that you have an alternative if it's not the perfect piece for you. We also offer in‐house financing, which includes a three‐payment, no‐interest plan.

Warranties and Care Plans

All jewelry and timepieces are automatically covered by Ben Bridge's Limited Warranty plan, which protects your pieces against defects. To ensure your purchases always feel like new, you may also choose to purchase a Care Plan, which covers additional services such as resizing, damage repair, professional refinishing, etc. And don't forget that you can always bring your jewelry or timepiece in for a complimentary cleaning and inspection to make sure it stays in excellent shape.

Professional Appraisals

Whether you need an insurance appraisal or just want to know how much your pieces have appreciated in value, our Certified Gemologist Appraisers can give you the information and documentation you need.

Engraving
