These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) apply to Ben Bridge accounts that were established on or before May 31, 2021 (“legacy Ben Bridge accounts”).
Our new Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo offers convenient financing offers for our customers with approved credit. Additionally, you may receive other exclusive offers and invitations.
Starting on June 1, 2021, you will be able to apply at your nearest Ben Bridge location and online.
No. New purchases may not be made using legacy Ben Bridge accounts after May 31, 2021.
Legacy Ben Bridge accounts will not be available for new purchases after May 31, 2021. If you have an outstanding balance on your legacy Ben Bridge account, your account will continue to be serviced by Ben Bridge. You will continue to make payments to Ben Bridge until your account balance has been paid off.

You can still pay the balance on your legacy Ben Bridge account with a debit or credit card. If you apply for a Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo, you will need to set up a different payment method. No. The legacy Ben Bridge credit account will not be converted to the Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo. You would need to apply for the credit card.
