Why are you changing to the new Ben Bridge Signature Card by Wells Fargo?
Our new Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo offers convenient financing offers for our customers with approved credit. Additionally, you may receive other exclusive offers and invitations.
Where can I apply for the new Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo?
Starting on June 1, 2021, you will be able to apply at your nearest Ben Bridge location and online.
Can I continue to use my legacy Ben Bridge account if I don’t want to apply for the new Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo?
No. New purchases may not be made using legacy Ben Bridge accounts after May 31, 2021.
What is going to happen with my legacy Ben Bridge account after May 31, 2021?
Legacy Ben Bridge accounts will not be available for new purchases after May 31, 2021. If you have an outstanding balance on your legacy Ben Bridge account, your account will continue to be serviced by Ben Bridge. You will continue to make payments to Ben Bridge until your account balance has been paid off.
How can I pay my bill for my legacy Ben Bridge account?
You may continue to make payments on your legacy Ben Bridge account balances online through our website or through the mail. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to our Credit Department at: 888-917-9171 or email our Customer Service team at info@benbridge.com.
Can I still use a credit or debit card to pay my bill for my legacy Ben Bridge account?
You can still pay the balance on your legacy Ben Bridge account with a debit or credit card. If you apply for a Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo, you will need to set up a different payment method. Additional information on acceptable payment methods is available at https://retailservices.wellsfargo.com/customer/index.html, in the credit card application or in the cardholder agreement.
Will my legacy Ben Bridge account be converted to the new Ben Bridge Signature Card by Wells Fargo?
No. The legacy Ben Bridge credit account will not be converted to the Ben Bridge Signature Card issued by Wells Fargo. You would need to apply for the credit card.
