Ben Bridge is committed to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase or gifts. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact your local Ben Bridge store or send us an e-mail.

Eligible For Return

  • Items in original purchase condition
  • Returned with warranty or certification documentation
  • Sales or gift receipt is preferred *
  • Returned within 90 days ** of being placed/purchased

Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or special orders
  • Jewelry items that have been modified or altered
  • Watches that have been worn or altered

Returning Online Purchases

  • To arrange a return, simply give us a call at 888-448-1912 888-448-1912 or use our contact us form.
  • You can also return online purchases to any Ben Bridge retail store location.
    • The refund will be transacted immediately or by the following business day. Returns without the sales receipt may be delayed to the next business day if the original purchase details cannot be confirmed when you are in the store.
    • PayPal purchases and returns over $995 will require a few days to process.
    • For additional assistance, please contact our customer service department and begin the process before arriving at the store.
  • Please note, shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable, if applicable.
To Send Us Your Return
  • Secure the merchandise in a box with a sales/gift receipt * and any warranty or certification documentation.
  • Please fill out the provided returns and exchange card and include this with your return shipment.
  • Insure the package for the full retail price of the item(s) with your preferred carrier to ship to either of the below addresses:
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Ben Bridge Jeweler assumes no liability for the loss of and / or damage to the merchandise while in transit to our return location.

Ben Bridge Store Return and Exchange Policy

  • Please provide a copy of your sales receipt or provide the name of the purchaser.
  • Gift exchanges can be made in store, a gift card can be issued upon request during an exchange.
  • All transactions are refunded by way of original tender. Original credit card is needed during refund that was used during original tender.

    If the purchase amount is over $200:
    • Credit Cards: Returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
    • Debit Cards: If used as a debit card, a refund check will be issued. If used as a credit card, returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
    • Cash: A refund check will be issued from the corporate office.
    • Check: A check will be issued back to the purchaser from the corporate office.

Pandora Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy

  • Pandora items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
  • If merchandise is returned to a Pandora store where it was purchased, you may be issued a refund in the original payment.
  • If you are returning merchandise to any Pandora store other than where it was purchased, you will e issues a store credit redeemable at the Pandora store that processed the refund.
  • Cash purchases ay be refunded in the form of a check.
  • Purchases made by check will be refunded in the form of a check , and may take up to 21 business days to be processed.
  • Refunds / Exchanges only accepted in the country of purchase.

Can I return an online purchase in store?
Yes!

My gift doesn't fit, can it be resized instead of returned?
Depending on the the item, it can be resized; please contact our customer service department for assistance with your item.
How do I return a gift?
Gifts from online orders can be returned by mail; please follow our return instructions. Gifts can also be returned in store. For additional assistance, please contact our customer service department and begin the process before arriving at the store.
What is your trade-in policy?
We accept any Ben Bridge diamond (or diamond jewelry item) as a trade-in toward a new diamond purchase of at least twice its purchase price. That means you receive full credit for what you paid for your original purchase applied in trade toward a new diamond or piece of diamond jewelry of double its value or more. For example, you can "grow" your diamond solitaire by trading up; you could replace a 1/2 carat center diamond with a one-carat diamond. Or you may want a new piece of diamond jewelry, so you could trade in a diamond pendant toward a diamond bracelet – as long as the new item is at least twice the price of the original. We accept one item in trade per purchase.
