Ben Bridge Jeweler will ship merchandise to United States addresses (excluding Puerto Rico & all US Territories), United States P.O. Box, US Embassy / Military APO or FPO addresses. We cannot ship international orders at this time.

Please Note: Expedited shipping only decreases the shipping time, and will not decrease the order processing time. Expedited shipping is not available when shipping to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO. Instead these will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Home or Business shipments within the USA will be sent through the service of United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and UPS.
P.O. Box within the USA will be sent through the service of US Post Office Priority Mail.
US Military APO / FPO shipments orders will be sent through the United States Postal Service. Delivery time frames cannot be specified.
Order Processing Details:
Order processing time is between 7-10 business days.
Orders requiring customization (such as ring sizing or engraving) may take up to an additional 2 business days to be processed.(Special order time frame is listed in the product description.)
Place your order by noon PST for the chance to have the order processed same day.
A tracking number will be sent via e-mail when the order has been shipped
Ben Bridge is committed to the delivery of your order in a timely manner. Delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Ben Bridge reserves the right to alter shipping methods chosen during checkout and will refund accordingly if this should occur
Bankcards used for online and phone orders must be issued by a US bank and your billing address for your order must match the billing address on record with your credit card company.
Credit cards issued by non US banks can only be used in person for in-store purchases.
Orders over $500 are shipped to the billing address on your credit card.

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Sales tax is determinate on the shipping address. Ben Bridge collects sales tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so, which includes states where we have store and office
locations as well as any other states where we are obligated to register based on laws and regulations.
